External Combat Console (ECC)

The External Combat Console (ECC) is a ruggedized Human Machine Interface (HMI) designed for armored combat vehicles and unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) platforms. It enables operators to monitor battlefield information and control mission-critical subsystems through an embedded computing architecture. The console integrates an Intel Core i7 Single Board Computer running Ubuntu Linux, a 17.3-inch Full-HD rugged display with 28 programmable bezel keys, membrane keyboard, military-grade joystick, emergency stop switch, rotary switches, analog and digital I/O cards, USB hub, and isolated DC-DC power supply. Internal wiring uses MIL-grade PTFE cables to ensure high reliability, EMI immunity, and long service life under harsh battlefield environments.
