- Built around Kintex UltraScale+ FPGA options with up to 1,842K logic cells and an LS1021A dual-core Arm Cortex-A7 CPU up to 1.2 GHz.
- Provides 4 GB dual 64-bit DDR4 for PL or FPGA, 2 GB DDR4 ECC for the Arm CPU, plus NOR flash, MRAM, and SRAM.
- Implements a 3U VPX architecture with data-plane, switch-plane, utility-plane, clock, and GPIO backplane connectivity.
- Adds front-panel USB-C, Gigabit Ethernet, debug UART, M.2 PCIe expansion, and a conduction-cooled 12 V design.
