The enclosure is manufactured from Aluminium Alloy 6061-T6, providing an optimum strength-to-weight ratio while ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. External surfaces are protected with chromate conversion coating followed by Olive Green polyurethane paint (BS 381C No. 220) for long-term environmental durability and corrosion protection. The enclosure incorporates precision-machined interfaces for circular military connectors, RF connectors, grounding provisions, and engraved identification markings. It accommodates internal electronic modules with effective thermal management using integrated fans, temperature sensors, and dedicated mounting arrangements for field deployment where resistance to shock, vibration, dust, moisture, and electromagnetic interference is essential.
