The AMR_AJO Control System is a rugged, modular embedded computing platform specifically designed for Autonomous Mobile Robot applications operating in demanding industrial environments. The mechanical architecture consists of a high-strength metallic enclosure housing a high-performance NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin Carrier Board, an Industrial I/O Board based on the STM32H7 microcontroller, and an integrated power management module.

The enclosure is engineered to provide excellent structural rigidity, efficient heat dissipation, electromagnetic shielding, and long-term reliability under continuous operation. The system utilizes industrial-grade M12 circular connectors for power, Ethernet, safety, and fieldbus communication, ensuring secure connections with high resistance to dust, moisture, vibration, and mechanical shock. The modular design simplifies assembly, maintenance, and future upgrades while supporting robust performance in harsh industrial automation and mobile robotics applications.
